Our Unit “Commitment to Community” offers assistance to all the Company’s units to support the different projects that have been chosen, giving priority to the educational ones. Our support for a better education is based on three perspectives: Opportunity, Quality and Values.

We develop opportunity by favoring the ability to learn, on the one hand; quality, by supporting the educational community in its teaching ability and facilitating the access to educational material on the other hand; and finally values, by recovering and strengthening those values whose cornerstones are the Share Capital at work, our families and the communities we belong to.

This style of work is inspired in one of EL TEJAR ’s foundations: to be helpful. Part of our philosophy is to be close to each other, to enrich one another, and to transmit values.

In many of these projects we receive the support of several companies such as BASF, Fundación Los Grobo, Sociedad Rural de Trenque Lauquén y Enrique Bayá Casal S.A.
