Quality Committee
The Quality Committee aims to:
- Be a reference for quality and training matters for all interested parties.
- Be the stimulus for an environment of opportunity improvement.
- Conduct an ongoing follow-up of the Quality Management System tools to ensure they are constantly in effect.
- Control and update environmental policies to ensure strict compliance with all environmental regulations as well as compliance with water and soil use.

Price Committee
- Determines and elects EL TEJAR’s price fixing strategy in all our integrated countries in accordance with the annual plan’s target prices.
